EnCOMPASS: Multicultural Aged Care Connector
Multicultural Communities Council of WA has been selected as one of 22 organisations across Australia to deliver National EnCOMPASS Multicultural Aged Care Connector Program.

What is EnCOMPASS?
EnCOMPASS: Multicultural Aged Care Connector program is a partnership between FECCA and locally-based EnCOMPASS Partner organisations - MCCWA to support older people of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds and their communities to access the aged care system and other supports.

The EnCOMPASS connectors at MCCWA can:
  • Help in your preferred language to access accurate and independent information on how to access aged care supports.
  • Can provide information about your aged care support options and one-on-one support to help you access My Aged Care.
  • If you are already registered with MyAgedCare, EnCOMPASS Connectors at MCCWA can also help you change the type of aged care service you receive.
  • If you need another kind of help, an EnCOMPASS Connector at MCCWA can also connect you to someone else who may be able to help you.

Who can access EnCOMPASS Connectors?
